Attacks Send Nation to Its Knees By Stuart Shepard, Ben Taylor and Pete Winn
The acts of apparent terrorism on our nation have brought us to shock, to anger and to prayer. As the nation mourns its newfound vulnerability, the tragedy is also a call to seek refuge in the eternal.
The silhouette of a passenger jet slamming into a tower. The jet fuel inferno. The thousands who suddenly perished. The cowardly acts which were meant to bring America to its knees in pain also brought Americans to their knees in prayer.

Many of us who say our families are important don't live as if they are. Perhaps without realizing it, we have devalued today in favor of an imagined tomorrow that may never come.
