Raising Eric

January 27th, 2003 - Sorry it has been so long since I wrote. I have been very busy with work. I went to Hawaii for 4 days earlier this month and I just got back from Maine and Indiana, man was it cold there. Eric and Maryanne have a cold that has been going around. But they seem to be getting better. We think Eric may be potty trained, finally. He just wears a pull up at night now. We have to get him in the habit of going potty first thing in the morning. The rest of the day he is pretty good at it.

January 2nd, 2003 - Dad and Mary came out to see everyone. We went up to meet them on Thursday, then went to Lunch and a walk on Balboa Island then went to Don's for Dinner. On Friday I went to Disneyland and California Adventure but didn't take Eric. It would have been too much for him. On Saturday we went to the Beach for the afternoon, Eric always has fun at the beach, he found some other kids to pay with in the sand. We went to dinner with everyone in San Clemente. On Sunday we went up after Church and got a flat ont he way up, so that delayed our time a bit, we just hung out with everyoen at Don's for the afternoon until they had to go to dinner reservations. Maryanne Eric and I tooka lazy cruise down the coast stopping a few times to get something to eat or play in the sand.
